I love it. The Vet Doctor for reptiles is kind, caring and knowledgeable in retiles. She does what she can to make sure your bill is low for what what you come in for. I bring my tortoise their and she was happy to hear all I do on my own for my own pets sake. And all the staff are always pleasant and happy to see my tortoise and have no problem if she makes a mess.

I have never had a more positive experience with a vet and their staff than at this hospital. Every single employee that helped me and my baby is the most caring, bright, knowledgeable, and loving person. They learned his name, called to check on him, and answered every question I had up until the end of his life. And when it was time to say goodbye to him, they showed us so much love and compassion. I cannot thank them enough for giving me the most amazing last months with my little guy. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so so much.

My appointment was a travesty. I brought my cat in because he hadn't been eating for 5 days and I was extremely worried. I was told he might have heart disease or cancer and I might need to put him down, prior to ANY tests being run! I was totally blindsided by that, and of course out of sorts for the rest of the appointment. She then ran X-rays which showed tumors and told me about two blood test options, but didn't ask which I wanted, so none were done. She again said I could put him down today even and proceeded to explain the procedure and tell me about cremation and trinkets made from his ashes! It was so totally inappropriate - how about you tell me options for finding out what's wrong and treatment first! Then she told me she could give him some steroids to help him feel better, and some fluids - leaving me to think my only option is to make him comfortable, so I said yes. At that point she said if I give him steroids he won't be able to receive aggressive cancer treatment - but she NEVER EVER told me about any treatment options. There was more, but the whole appointment was a disjointed mess and I'm left thinking my cat is going to die and I don't think she tried to figure out anything at all that could have helped. I have had appointments with other doctors who have been great (thus the 2 stars), I don’t want to put the whole place down. But I am devastated by my cat dying and not knowing whether anything could have been done to help him.

Well not so good. I had my cat Hopper looked at 10yrs old. She was chopping up dry food real small. I thought she had a abscessed. No she didn't... Dr.Richard gave her exam and rabies and distemper shot... Well I dont believe he knew what he was doing cause a month later My cat was put down cause of liver failure. She had lost 5lbs and cat said that was not good. And asked to put a feeding teeth back ....
